Debian/Corel liason?

Does anyone know if there is a contact at Corel who can help with problems
interfacing Corel products to Debian machines?

I have a "customer" who can't get Corel's WordPerfect to run, and he says
that Corel places the fault on Debian (but of course doesn't tell me why,
or what errors are occuring or any other useful information ... normal
user ;-)

So, is there a contact person a Corel that developers can contact for
these types of problems? (I'm just a bit peaved that our "partner" is
being so un-forthcoming with our users, but not very surprised)

Waiting is,

Dwarf
