We are using Debian GNU/Linux since 2006 to provide different services for our company:

sh for remote administration
NTP client/server
NFS server
Samba AD DC and file server
Wireguard VPN server
Apache as intranet server
Asterisk as PBX
keepalived for LVS Samba redundancy
virt-manager+QEMU-KVM as virtualization server
RAID 1+LVM+XFS for data redundancy
3-3-1 backups

Our current server is a x64 workstation mirrored daily on another server.

We chose Debian GNU/Linux due to its stability, multi-architecture support, amount of packages, amount of documentation and its independence from market manipulations.
