Beta 3 update

The powerpc architecture is back in this update of the third beta release of the Debian-Installer, bringing the total number of architectures supported by beta 3 to seven.
This update to beta 3 also fixes the businesscard CD images, which were broken by changes in the Debian archive after beta 3 was released.
